Giggling Jolly Tilda Wishes YOU a Merry Christmas at Just Magnolia!

Happy Saturday to each and every one of you!! I hope your weekend has started with a real bang and that it will be one filled with much fun and excitement!

This week at Just Magnolia we are treated to yet another fun and exciting sketch by the magnificently talented Dawny P. Dawny, thank you so much for the fun!!! You can flip and/or rotate the sketch, as long as we can still see the elements of the sketch. Don’t forget that you can combine our challenge with any other challenges of your choice. As long as the main image on your creation is a Magnolia stamp you will qualify to be in the draw for the fab prize. And remember NO back linking, new projects/cards only please. The challenge closes next Thursday, October 21. I hope you will pop over and join with us so that we can see your interpretation of Dawny's sketch!!!

For my DT Sample Card I used Bazzill for the base and for all matting. The DP is from the Winter Wonderful Collection by Best Creations. All major panels were machine stitched and I'm sorry you can't see all the glitter this paper has....beautiful!! The darling little Jolly Tilda was stamped on Cryogen White, colored with Copics, adding a touch of Diamond Stickles to her lace trim and Liquid Applique to the fur on her cap before cutting her and her matting out with Nesties. I also used the Merry Christmas Text, which will be available very soon at Magnolia-licious, and embossed it using an ultra fine silver EP. To finish the front I used tinsel and chenille from Webster's Pages for the horizontal and added a Light Blue Organza from Really Reasonable Ribbon. I then added a floral treatment placed on a couple of pieces of glittery foliage. The larger flowers are Blue Shabby Chic Roses from Magnolia-licious and a few tiny mulberry roses.

The inside is more of the same papers and trims, but I did dangle a silver Christmas tree from the bow on the first panel.

I hope you like my little creation and will decide to get your Maggies ready and join us this week at Just Magnolia where a very nice prize from Jacobi.nl is being offered to some lucky winner!! We are looking forward to seeing you there!!

Thank you so much for dropping by today to see how little Tilda is doing and I hope you will come back often! It is always such a real pleasure to see that you have visited me! Have a delightful Saturday and a wonderful weekend...Until the next time, BIG MAGGIE HUGS!!!
