I wanted to share my DT Sample card for this week's Just Magnolia challenge which is to make a THANK YOU card...so this card is for ALL of you who visit me and leave me comments, who are so supportive and so inspirational to me!!! Thank you each and every one!!!! I hope you will come on over to Just Magnolia and join us this week and show us your Thank You card also!! There is a very nice prize for some lucky winner!!
I used Bazzill for the base, PTI for all matting, and the DP is all from the New BG Origins collection which has very different colors for me!!! All of the under panels are machine stitched and double matted. This little cutie Tilda is from the Winter Kit and I have colored her with Copics and added a touch of Diamond Glaze to her shoes along with tiny seed pearls. One of the images was cut out and propped up to give more dimension. I also added a yellow grosgrain bow with a Thank You charm and a flower treatment of yellow/green variegated roses from Wild Orchid Crafts, various MS punched branches and some leaf and flower pins. Finally I added dark brown pearls to the center panel and larger ones to the right edge!

That is the most beautiful card I have seen in a long time. I was gobsmacked to read you had used the Basic Grey Origins papers as I wasn't very impressed with them before hand. Now I want them lol. Ow Tilda looks simple and stunning. Your an inspiration.
Another master creations of yours Jacque. I wish I will have more time as I really kinda miss those Maggies, but I seem to run after the hours! lol

Your cards are always so beautiful, Tilda just looks ready to wlk off the card and those colours tough unusual and not what I would normally choose work so well, I will now have to experiment more and its yet another hurdle for me to strive for. I really should get my sewing machine out too,I never think of using it to make cards only clothes and accessories or fancy dress costumes. Thank you for sharing Julye
