Feel Better Wishes for the INCOMPARABLE Bev Rochester!!!!!

Unfortunately, Bev has had to take a little break from crafting over the past few months due to ill health. We are missing her here at Whimsy and want to let her know that we are thinking about her and wishing her a speedy recovery. Even though the Whimsy family is scattered all around the world, we have come together as a circle of friends to show Bev our love and support by each making her a card or project.

For my creation, I decided to ink up the darling little Hazel designed by the incomparable Sylvia Zet of Wee Stamps for Whimsy Stamps! I have also used flowers and accoutrements from Wild Orchid Crafts and other things from my stash.

I made a gift bag to hold some of the things which I know are some of Bev's favorites....MARSHMALLOW!!! And Bev, they are on their way to you as you have a peek at my creation!

 

I can share with all of you that Bev Rochester is sincerely one of the beautiful people in the world and is so special to me. From the moment I made my very first card, I wrote to Bev and she always answered my emails and was always willing to help me and give me suggestions and advice. If I had to name one person who has given me the most inspiration in this hobby, I would never hesitate to name Bev Rochester. She has become one of my dearest of friends and I had the pleasure of spending time with her at last year's CHA--an experience I will never forget!!! She is beautiful on the inside and outside and her cardmaking expertise and artistic talents are unsurpassed!!!

Mr. Tony...I didn't forget you and know that you will soon be going in for knee replacements so you will have your share of fall M&Ms...big smile!!!!

 

Bev, please feel better real soon and know that there are many like me who love and cherish you and can't wait to see you wandering around Cyberia again real soon!!! Big special hugs for you and Tony!!! Love you both!!!
