Happy Tuesday everyone!! I hope that you are all having a wonderful week and are safe!! We are under tornado warning again with predictions of severe thunderstorms so I am typing that FAST!!!!!
I am indeed honored and humbled that Denise at Whimsy Stamps has invited me to give a sneaky peek of the New April Rubber Release at her shop and to participate in the marvelous BLOG HOP on Wednesday!!! Gosh, there are so many wonderful prizes that I'm sure you don't want to miss it!!!!
For my card, I used Bazzill for the base and for all matting and the background panels are machine stitched on the outside and the inside. The DP is from the Sassafras Ellie's Tale Wee Bundle. I used the darling little A Curious Little Fairy from the Whimsy Meljens Design Collection and I wonder what she is looking for??? She was stamped on Cryogen White, colored with Copics, adding a touch of Prisma Glitter and Star Dust Stickles to wings and things, and cut out with double Nesties. For the vertical I used a MS border punch and a satin ribbon with double flat bow. For the sentiment I used the Double Scallop Tag Die which is new in this April Release, adding several WOC Rhinestones. The cute tag also dangles a silver toadstool. To finish the front I used Cherry Blossom Stem Flowers and 15mm Open Roses, as well as more rhinestones to soften the corners.
On the inside I used the same DP and it is quite simple...BUT I did show you what the little fairy was searching for...the Fairy Toadstools from the new release!!!!
