Hi, Friend! at Lili's Little Fairies Challenge

A very happy Thursday to everyone and hopefully you are having a marvelous week! Gosh the days are so filled with springtime chores that the time is just flying by!! I can't believe that it is already so late in May and I still have so much to get done!! A friend brought more petunias for me to plant so this afternoon I have my "to do" list filled yet again!

Today is the new challenge at Lili's Little Fairies Challenge and what a fun one it is!!!! The theme is BEAR ESSENTIALS and we have been asked to use a sweet LOTV bear on our cards/projects! And you know we all love bears!! So come on over and join in with us and you will be in for a marvelous prize this week!

For my card I used the cute little Patchwork Hot Air Balloon which was stamped on X-Press It and colored with Copics and Promarkers. This card was a special request and I was asked to make clean and simple card---very difficult for me I must tell you!! The base and all double matting is Bazzill, and the DP is from the EP Hello Summer paper pad. The only extras I added were an epoxy sentiment, some satin ribbon tied into double flat bows and a few pearls. Can you believe it??

Patchwork Daisy at Lili's Little Fairies Challenge and WINNER

Happy Day to everyone! I hope you are having a magnificent week!! We are having lots and lots of rain but everything is soooo green and the roses are blooming like crazy!!! You know that makes me a happy woman!!!

This week at Lili's Little Fairies Challenge we have been asked to make a card or project using out favorite crafting tools. Of course I have so many favorites but I guess when I look at my cards/projects in a simplistic way, the tools I use most often are a paper cutter and probably the Big Shot. We hope you will come over and join in with us this week because you know there will be a wonderful surprise for some lucky participant.

For my card I used a darling little bear from the last release at LOTV but the new release of little boys are out in the on-line shop for the first time TODAY!!!! This image is PATCHWORK DAISY and this is the cutest little bear ever!! I used Bazzill for the base and all double matting and all of the DP is from the EP Hello Summer Paper Pad....and such cheerful/happy colors in this pad!! The image was stamped on X-Press It and colored with Copics and Promarkers. For the horizontal I used WOC Shocking Pink Satin Ribbon tied into a double flat bow. The flowers are all by Wild Orchid Crafts: Lilies, Sweetheart Blossoms, and Tulips.



The inside of my card uses several of the fun/cheerful DPs from the same collection. The sentiment is from the LOTV Happy Circular Sentiments Set.
