Happy Monday everyone!! I hope you all had a magnificent weekend wherever you may be and are looking forward to an even better week! I know this week will be a special one for me for sure!! This morning I have a bone density test to determine if the radiation and chemo have damaged my bones...BUT I can tell them I am 9 months older and wiser and nothing more has happened to these old bones!! hahaha Then it's just 2 days of jumping in the microwave and this chapter of my life comes to an end!!! Yippppeeeeee!!!
Today is the regular monthly Blog Hop at Really Reasonable Ribbon Ramblings so if you have arrived here from there you are right on track. Welcome and I hope you enjoy what I have made for you to see today!! If you have arrived here first, I might suggest that you begin the Hop at RRR Ramblings so that you will get all the directions and see what's in store for you today!! Gosh, put on those hopping shoes and lets get moving!!
For my card, I used Bazzill for the base, all matting is PTI, and the DP is all from the So Spooky Collection by Magnolia. All panels were machine stitched. I have used the darling little So Spooky Tilda from Magnolia-licious, stamped her twice on Cryogen White, and colored her with Copics. I then cut out her dress and propped it up after rolling it around a bamboo skewer for dimension and contouring. For the horizontal I used some absolutely exquisite Black Organza from RRR with a double flat bow made with a Bow Easy Tool. If you have not visited Bonnie's shop at RRR, you are in for a real treat!! You will be absolutely amazed at the number of colors and widths that this organza alone is available in at her shop!!!! Not to mention all of the other offerings she has!!! To complete the front of my card, I used a combination of lavender gardenia and purple violets with ivy leaves in the upper corner, added purple rhinestone swirls, and topped the bow with a silver witch charm.

For the inside I used verticals of the black organza again, adding a bow on each panel. On the first panel I repeated the floral treatment and for a bit of levity I added a little Dresden die cut witch flying through the air. The jotting panel is a purple chipboard die cut and I again added a wee touch of the rhinestone swirls. I hope you have enjoyed my little creation and will let me know what you think of my little witchy Maggie!
SWEET STUFF...You all know that I just don't know how to do a hop or a challenge without a little bit of Sweet Stuff for my visitors so here you go!!! You all are the BEST!!! All you need to do is leave me a comment before Friday, September 17 . And of course I would really appreciate it if you would mention it to all of your friends and would consider becoming a follower over at RRR Ramblings.
