Happy Monday, everyone!!! I hope you all have had a delightful weekend!! Can you believe that I have windows and doors open letting the breeze blow through??? How wonderful!!! Is SPRING nearby???? Crossing my fingers here!!!
When I started my crafting adventure almost 10 years, the first two little characters I fell in love with were Magnolia Tilda from Sweden AND Tilda from Norway which is designed by the amazing Tone Finnanger. Magnolia Tilda was much easier to get in my hands but I still tried my best to keep up with the Tilda Norway products. Years ago, Tone actually made it possible for me to order directly from Panduro Crafts which we can no longer do. However I have found a delightful shop in the US who can secure almost all of the Tilda Norway products and I am a very happy lady because of it. The very talented Traci Savely has a magnificent shop called Art Attack Supplies. This shop is fairly new but amazing in the variety of products stocked there.
You all know that for years I was strictly a Magnolia Tilda fan but lately I have renewed my love for Tilda of Norway! Today I want to share with you several projects I have made at the Art Attack and Tilda Friends Facebook page for swaps and challenges using Tilda Norway products. I hope you like them!!
The first is a tag I made for a swap using the Tilda Happiness is Homemade paper pad. Each paper pad has not only lovely papers but sheets of delightful diecuts as well. Here is the front and back of my tag...
Typically Jacque, but with some new characters....smiles!!!
Next I was in a swap to make a babushka doll using Tilda fabrics which you can also find HERE.
The little doll is about 8+" tall and I decorated a matching box to send along a few little gifts with the doll. You can see a video with all of the information HERE.
Lately, I participated in a Tilda swap to make embellishments...2 clothespins, 2 hearts/with hearts, and 2 embellies of one's choice...so this is what I made using the Country Escape collection...
I decorated 4 clothespins with paper, crocheted flowers and pearls, 2 rosette medallions with wooden hearts, open roses, and crocheted doilies, 4 paper bows (in a box I made), and a desktop clothespin decorated with a muslin rosette, leaf appliques, an open rose and a tile button. I hope you like my creations!!
And now for some excitement!!!!
