SNEAKY PEEKY---LOTV All In A Row

Happy Saturday to each of you and I am wishing for you a marvelous weekend!! My thoughts are certainly with all of the people on the Eastern Seaboard as they prepare for the wrath of Hurricane Irene. I am about 8 hours inland so we will perhaps get a bit of breeze and a little rain...but those on the coast will be suffering for certain!! Be safe all!!!

Oh boy!!! I am finally able to show you a SNEAKY PEEK for the upcoming launch of the second group of LOTV Christmas images! I know that you loved the first launch and these are oh so cute as well! The launch will take place on September 6, and will contain 22 new cuties!! But until then be sure to check on all of the DT SNEAKY PEEKS both on the DT members' personal blogs and especially on the LOTV Ideas to Inspire Blog.

To showcase the darling All In A Row, I made a purse giftbox using a Darcie's template which was a gift from my sweet friend Suzan. Thanks, Sweetie!!! Darcie's website is not open at the moment but I understand it will be soon. The purse body measures about 8 inches (21mm) across the bottom and is about 6 1/2 inches (17mm)tall, excluding the handle. The papers I used are from an old MS Paper Pad. The image was stamped on XPress-It Blending Card and colored with a combination of Copics and ProMarkers...adding a bit of Prisma Glitter for the snow and glitter on the dresses. Aren't those three little munchkins the sweetest little things?!?!! The tag is from the LOTV Circular Christmas Sentiments cut out with Nesties and tied on the bag with wee red satin ribbon and a flat bow. To finish the front of the purse I used red ball fringe and a couple of WOC Mulberry Paper Poinsettias (I removed the centers of the flowers and replaced them with some sparkly brads) and some WOC Holly Leaves!

I hope you like my little giftbox and will continue to keep your eyes on the LOTV Ideas to Inspire site for all of the other darling images!!

Thank you so much for dropping by and I hope you will come back often! Remember that tomorrow is the SUNDAY SENSATIONS from Magnolia-licious where there will be another nice surprise for someone!! Until the next time, Big Hugs!!

Dear Jacque!

What a wonderful piece! I love the three ladies on it...the coloring is wonderful. The dp is delightful for a Christmas purse...and the pom poms are a super embellishment! I especially like the sparkly brad in the center of the poinsettie! This is so lovely. I am praying that you are safe from this storm. I am sure you wanted to go out and celebrate your FABULOUS news from earlier in the week. Be safe!

OMGOODNESS! this is sooo pretty, I love it!!! the pom-poms are the perfect touch!
the Hurricane had landfall 2 towns south of me here in NJ, we were out of power for about 5 hours last night. Friends of my daughter who live closer to that epicenter are still without power. We are still dealing with wind, and on and off heavy rain, there are certainly many different areas of the state that are known for flooding that are already under water. Of course there is more beach erosion etc. For the first time, in the history of legalized gambling all 11 Casinos in Atlantic City closed up Friday night and all day yesterday, I am not sure if they are still closed or not. The barrier island were all under mandatory evacuations. Irene was still a category 1 Hurricane when it made landfall here in NJ, after it bounced back to the ocean it was downgraded to a tropical storm before Landfall in Conn.
Hope that info helps you.
Hugs,
Susan
