LOTV Christmas Snooze

Happy day everyone!! I hope you are all enjoying a marvelous week...and we are getting closer and closer to another weekend, which I hope will also be a very nice one for you!! It has been so HOT in these mountains that I just can't believe it!!! It is supposed to be temperate and pleasant in the summer here....sigh!!!!

For my card today I used another of those little darlings from the latest release over at Lili of the Valley--Christmas Snooze...and isn't he and his trusty doggy the cutest little things?!?! The image was colored with Copics, adding a touch of gold glitter to his crown and some Glossy Accents to the cuppycakes and pitcher before cutting it out with triple Nesties. The base and all matting is Bazzill, the DP is from the BG Jovial Collection, and all background panels are machine stitched.I used a diecut from Memory Box to hold down the light olive satin ribbon which was tied into a double flat bow to hold a gold wreath charm. The double matted sentiment is from the LOTV Christmas Circular Sentiment Set. Finally I added some Small Gold Filigree Corners.

The inside is just a few matted Nesties, more satin ribbon, a few WOC Pearls, and that sweet holiday sentiment from the LOTV A5 Verses Set.

Thank you so much for dropping by and I hope you will come by often!! It is such a joy to know that you have visited! Have a wonderful day and until the next time, I send big hugs!!

How cute your little royal fellow :O) Very beautiful. It has been so hot and humid here too! Tonight we have a little bit of a breeze, don't know if it is going to bring in some rain, or storms, haven't watched the news. I think it is hot everywhere! Have a great night. Hugs! Leah Ann

What a great image! Just love the book on the arm of the chair and the sleeping pup...everybody looks so contented! Think maybe the cupcakes had something to do with that? Another super card, Jacque!

Hell Jacque, I can tell you it is fresh in Montreal this morning, a true August temperature, already ... I love those LOTV Chrismas images, and those Basic Grey Jovial paper were my favourite last year. LOoooove this diecut, WOW, so delicate!
Such a lovely card, as always, great inspiration.
Have a very sunny day! Hugs.

Hi Jacque, this is gorgeous! Love that image - must ink mine up!!! Beautifully decorated card!
Has been very dull, hot and sticky here in North of England - quite uncomfortable and draining! Wish we could get some nice fresh air and blue skies!
Take care!
Hugs Sue xx

Hi Jacque~

What a lovely card. I love the image! And, the layered paper is beautiful. I guess I missed out on it last year. I really love your use of the satin ribbons--inside and out.
The little boy and his dog look like the end of Christmas Day rather than the beginning! Ready for bed! Beautiful card, Jacque.

Extremely hot here in Florida, also.

He IS Able!
