Tilda Hides Her Heart at Friday Sketchers and WINNER and SWEET STUFF!!

Happy Friday everyone!! I hope your week has been an exciting and fun one!! And I hope you are ready for a marvelous weekend! I had great news from the oncologist this week--no obvious sign of any more "C" which is wonderful news...but we always must wait on the radiologist's report AND 6 vials of my blood later, they will find out about the blood count, Vitamin D & C levels...but heck, I feel great and am kicking high!!! smiles!!!! Thanks for all of your sweet notes of concern!!!

This week at Friday Sketchers #138 we are being hosted by the lovely and talented Jeanette from Canada who has given us a most interesting sketch to interpret. I hope you will come over and join with us where there is a very nice prize from Whiff of Joy awaiting one lucky participant!!

For my DT Sample Card I used Bazzill for the base, all matting is PTI, and the DP is from the Crush Collection by BoBunny. All background panels were machine stitched. For the larger circle I used a Grand Circle Nestie topped with a Wilton white paper doily, adding Red Rhinestones. The smaller circles are triple Nesties. I used the darling little Tilda With A Small Gift from Magnolia-licious from the new You Are So Special Collection, stamped her on Cryogen White and colored her with Copics, paper-pieced her dress, and added a touch of Star Dust Stickles to the lace on her dress. I punched out several MS hearts and placed them over the little present, adding a couple of coats of Glossy Accents. The Tilda image was propped up with dimensional tape. The horizontal is black striped sheer tied into a flat bow to dangle a silver heart charm and to anchor a small floral treatment which is by Wild Orchid Crafts: Poppy Stem Flowers and a 20mm Open Rose. I used a silver SECRETS sentiment which was a gift from Jeanette quite a while ago! Thanks, Sweetie!!

To match the card, I made a little cannister to hold some SWEET STUFF for you!!!

The inside of the card is quite simple. I used a couple of Wilton red paper doilies and small black satin bows on the first panel. On the jotting panel I used a Nellie Snellen heart decorated with a black satin bow and another red poppy as well as a rhinestone swirl for a little bit of interest.

I hope you like my little creations and will decide to join with us at Friday Sketchers this week. Please visit each of the Sassy Sketcher Girls' blogs and let them know what you think of their magnificent creations!!!
