Jacque - and that's ME!!!
For my card I used the darling little Polly Picnic by Elisabeth Bell for Whimsy Stamps. She was stamped on X-Press It and colored with Copics and Promarkers, adding a touch of Stardust Stickles. The base and all double matting is Bazzill and the DP is from the Dovecraft Tea Party paper pack. For the horizontal I used pink satin ribbon tied into a double flat bow and on each side of the ribbon I used Lace Tape. The flowers are Cottage Roses and Hip Rose Buds from Wild Orchid Crafts. The little cupcake diecut was designed by Jolanda Bergmans of Noor! Design and I added a pink pompon to the top. Finally I added some pearls to the upper corners.

For the base of my card I have used a sentiment from the NEW Everyday Sliders 1 cut out with the NEW Slider 1 Die tied with more satin ribbon. The sentiment was propped up with dimensional tape to serve as a stop for the front panel. To finish the base I added more pearl trim and a couple of single pearls.
