Day 7 of NEW Whimsy Release Mini Blog Hop and SWEET STUFF!!!

Hello and welcome to Day 7 of Whimsy Stamps November Rubber & Die Release Showcase! On Wednesday (21 November) Whimsy Stamps released this month's new rubber designs, Shapeology dies, Whimsy Designer Paper packs, Shape EZ templates and *new* Whimsy Prints pre-coloured toppers. From then until 27 November the Whimsy Stamps DT and Special Guests are showcasing these fabulous new goodies with a daily mini blog hop and I am part of today’s hop!

Each mini blog hop has a new release prize hidden somewhere along the way and you have 24hrs to enter each prize draw. For my card today I used the absolutely darling little Berry designed by Sylvia Zet for Whimsy Stamps. She was stamped on X-Press it and colored with Copics and Flexmarkers and I hope she looks like she has on a little worn out denim dress...lol  I used Liquid Applique for the earmuffs and the tops of her boots, Glossy Accents for the holly berries, and Stardust Stickles for the ground. The sentiment is from the Winter Postage Stamps set designed by Ann Vento of Raindrop Echo Designs for Whimsy Stamps. The sentiment was cut out with the Postage Stamp Die. The vertical candy cane striped panel is outlined with Lace Tape - White No. 8 which is one of my new favorite products! For the horizontal I used red satin ribbon tied into a double flat bow to dangle a candy canes charm--can you tell I LOVE red/white stripes?? And finally I added a couple of holly buttons to the corners of the image panel.
