Our weather has been breathtaking...with a little bit of rain along the way...and it is already looking a bit like autumn. We had the NC Apple Festival last weekend with an influx of so many people so Labor Day marks the time for all tourists to go back home and for Hendersonville to turn back into a sleepy little town.....giggles
This week at theJust Magnolia and hÄnglar & stÄnglar Challenge our theme is BUTTERFLIES and BLING and we would love for you to come over and join in with us for the chance at a very lovely prize. We would really like to see your lovely creations!!
For my card I have used the darling little Tilda With UGG Shoes from the brand NEW Australia Collection from Magnolia-licious. She was stamped on X-Press It and colored with Copics and Flexmarkers, adding a touch of Star Dust Stickles and Prisma Glitter, and then cutting the image out with SB Small Ovals. The base is Bazzill, the double matting is PTI, and the DP is from the Cosmo Cricket Evangeline Mini Deck. For the horizontal I used PTI grosgrain ribbon tied into a double flat bow. On the left and right edges I used Recollection rhinestone tape. The flowers are all from Wild Orchid Crafts: Trellis Roses, Open Roses, and Carnations.

This card is phenomenal! I just love the colors and she is adorable! The dp is perfect as are the flowers (of course) and rhinestones! If you have a moment, would you please let me know what the color of the smaller roses is called...are they in the blue family or purple? My computer has a mind of it's own!
