Feathered Friends from the LOTV New Release!!

Happy Sunday everyone!!! I hope your weekend is going exceptionally well!! Thank you all so much for the many birthday greetings and good wishes!! You are such a joy to me!!! BIG SMILES HERE!!!!!

And, for another little Sneaky Peek of the new release about to hit Cyberia from LOTV!!!!! I used Bazzill for the base and for all double matting; the DP is from the Mistletoe Collection by Memory Box; and all background panels were machine stitched. The cutest little image is FEATHERED FRIENDS from the new LOTV Christmas Release which will take place on July 25 at midnight UK time. The new collection has 21 of the most darling stamps you have ever seen!!!! This image was stamped on Cryogen white and colored with Copics, adding Prisma Glitter for the snow, Crushed Velvet for the fur, and a touch of Spica for the bird feeder. It was then double matted with Nesties. I found some matching checked trim in my stash and used it for both the horizontal and vertical--for the horizontal I braided the trim...and used as the vertical the flat bow holds a gold bird charm. The floral treatment is all by Wild Orchid Crafts: 35mm Mahogany Trellis Rose, 25mm Light Mocha Wild Roses, and Carnations resting on some Mulberry Paper Holly Leaves that I touched with some gold leafing paint. The front was finished with Self-Adhesive Pearls.

The inside of my card is very simple and floows the design of the front, using the very same supplies. I did add a very sweet sentiment from the Set 5-Christmas Circular Sentiments cut out with triple Nesties on the first panel.

Thank you so much for dropping by today and I hope you will let me know what you think of my little creation today. Remember to scroll down for the SUNDAY SENSATIONS from Magnolia-licious posting!! Have a wonderful day and hope to see you again real soon!! Big hugs!!

Hi, Jacque! This card is just beautiful, in the sweetest sense of the word! I love the LOTV image (I NEED that one!) and your color palette works perfectly with it. I hope you're doing well. I have been battling a severe case of poison ivy and now I'm trying to catch up on my blog visits. I'll be back sooner next visit.

Have a wonderful week!

Oh Jacque~

I just love birds...especially against the white snow. (Which we don't get in Florida!) This is such a special card. I love the design paper! The image is just wonderful! I really relate to it! And, I like the unique-(I don't know if it is trim, baker's twine or something else.) The charm is a lovely touch. The inside is beautiful! Thanks for sharing this with us!
