A very happy Wednesday to everyone!!! I hope you are having a delightful week! This week for me has been a zoo. My heating system went out on Friday but luckily we had nice weather. I took my Auntie on a wee trip for her 75th birthday on Sunday and Monday...When I got back home I found that, although my card posted as scheduled on Monday at noon, it was only up for about 2 hours when Blogger decided to eat it up!!! On Monday evening my heating system was fixed but just in time...because on Tuesday we had an ice storm which resulted in lots of loss of electricity across the town. So I am keeping my fingers crossed that the end of the week is MUCH better!!! haha But let's get down to business here with some winners!!!

For my card today I made a criss-cross card using the NEW and absolutely darling couple Love Me Do by Sylvia Zet for Whimsy Stamps which was colored with Copics and Promarkers, adding some prisma glitter to the bride and tiny red flowers. The base and matting is Bazzill and the DP is from an OLD MM Black and White paper pad. The Picket Fence Die was used for the entrance to the little scene. And I used mixed FlowerSoft colors for the arbor and for the swags on the fence, adding tiny red bows to the fence. The Love metalpiece is by Recollections, as is the border pearl trim.

 

This shows the insert card which uses the lovely Double Scalloped Square Doily Die, simply adding a red organza double bow.

I used the NEW darling little Wee Stamps Shelley designed by the quintessentially talented Sylvia Zet for Whimsy Stamps. She was colored with Copics and Promarkers adding Liquid Pearls and Prisma Glitter. For the tag envelope I used the NEW Seed Packet Die for the tag. For the vertical I used some of the gorgeous Lovely Tape to outline the pink polka dot ribbon. I have also added pearls, pearl trim, shell charm, and silver cording from my stash. The base is Bazzill and the double matting and DP is from the Authentique Seasons:Spring collection.
