This week at the Just Magnolia and hÄnglar & stÄnglar Challenge the challenge is to create a project with "Your Favorite Color Combo" --just use whatever your personal favorite colors are together and create with them. You can combine our challenge with any other challenges of your choice AND as long as the main image on your creation is a hÄnglar & stÄnglar or Magnolia stamp you will qualify to be in the draw for a fabulous prize from Quixotic Paperie. And remember NO back linking--new projects/cards only, please. The challenge closes next Thursday, 24th March.
For my DT Sample Card I used Bazzill for the base and all double matting and the DP is all from the Victorian Romance "Blues" Paperblock by CreaMotion in the Netherlands. All panels are machine stitched. Little Tilda Spreads Love is from the You Are So Special Collection and is available at Magnolia-licious. She was stamped on Cryogen White and colored with Copics, adding a touch of Star Dust Stickles to the lace. The image is resting on a Nellie Snellen Doily which is encircled with red heart buttons. For the horizontal I also used a matching Nellie Snellen Border, tied the panel with a red dotted ribbon and dangled a silver heart charm. The floral treatment, resting on MS punched branches, is all Wild Orchid Crafts: Calla Lily Stem Flowers, 25mm Open Roses, and 15mm Open Roses.
The inside is more of the same papers, dies, ribbon, buttons.
