Let me tell you that I have a very busy and EXCITING weekend for you so I hope you will be right along with me!!! Today it's the Friday Sketchers Challenge Blog...tomorrow it's the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog Hop and I will have my DT Sample Card for Just Magnolia Challenge Blog later in the day and SUNDAY......oh my on Sunday it's something you have never seen but I am soooooooo excited about it so please don't miss it on Sunday!!!!!! I know it will bring big smiles to ALL Maggie Lovers!!!! I have to hold my tongue to keep from telling you...eeeeeeeeeeeeek!!! It is so difficult for me to keep a secret!!!! Big smiles!!!!!

This week at Friday Sketchers #128 I am hosting and I would love for you to come over and show us your marvelous interpretation of my humble sketch and check out the magnificent DT Sample Cards that our Sassy Sketchers have done for you. As you can see from my card, you are welcome to turn the sketch any way that you wish as long as we can tell that all elements are included. I actually turned the sketch completely over for my card! A BIG THANK YOU to Stephanie at Motivet for sponsoring my week with such a very nice prize!!
For my DT Sample Card I used Bazzill for the base and all matting and I machine stitched all background panels. For the DP I used Webster's Pages Waiting for Santa from Blue Moon Scrapbooking...it is just so dear and cute...huh? My darling image is Lucia Tilda from Magnolia-licious and she is quite the sweetie! I stamped her on Cryogen White and colored her with Copics adding some MS Glitter and Stickles. For the horizontals and verticals on the front I used Webster's Pages trims and a background of 1 1/2" Burgundy Pleated Satin. All of the flowers and leaves are from Wild Orchid Crafts. To complete the front I added a gold metal corner.

For the inside of the card on the first panel, I used the pleated satin, WP trim, and a gold glitter snowflake from Michaels. On the second panel I again used a golden glitter snowflake from Michaels, a matching metal cornerpiece from the front, and a tied piece of WP trim.
I hope you like my little creation and will decide to join with us over at Friday Sketchers.
