Happy Wednesday, everyone and hopefully you are having a magnificent week!! I know my week is going exceptionally well--Thursday I have my pre-chemo lab conference and then Monday is my Third Chemo session...so please keep your fingers crossed!! I have everything crossed because I have been so fortunate and so lucky as far as the events of those sessions is concerned!! Thank you all so much for your continuing thoughts about my sessions!!
Today is the Flower Soft Blog Hop and I am thrilled to be a part of it. If you have arrived here first, I would like to ask that you start at the Flower Soft Blog.
For my card I have used the absolutely darling Best Friends stamp from the Moments In Time Collection. The base is Bazzill, the matting is PTI Hibiscus Burst and Spring Moss, and the DP is from the Rose Garden Collection by Papermania in the UK which I have machine stitched. The scene is framed with the Spellbinders Scalloped Edge Frame which I have edged with cream pearls. The stamp, on Cryogen White, was colored with Copics and I have added a touch of Viva Cream Pearls to the top of the cake, Glossy Accents to the china, Sand and Toffee Ultra Fine Flower Soft to the bear, and a mixture of Pale Green and Shamrock Green Flower Soft for the grass surrounding the blankie. I added a couple of pink flower buttons and a Tea Party button to set the stage. I then added a horizontal of PTI Hibiscus Burst satin ribbon and bow with a brass tea cup charm and finally larger pearls to soften the corners.
