Challenge #13 - Art By Mi Ran and SWEET STUFF!!

Hello, everyone, and a very happy Friday to each of you!! I hope that you have had a great week and are preparing for a wonderful weekend!! I am trying to enjoy each and every moment of this beautiful weather!

Today is the next challenge over at the Art By Mi Ran Challenge -- Challenge #13 where ANYTHING GOES. So come on over and show us your lovely creations!!!

For my easel card I have used the absolutely darling Rosy Cheek Emma...isn't she a sweetie and she can be used for so many occasions and events!!!! Be sure to check out ALL of the Art by Mi Ran images at the Etsy shop!!


The sweet image was stamped on Cryogen White and colored with Copics and Promarkers, adding some Clear Wink of Stella to the rose. The base and double matting is CutCardstock and the DP is from a UK magazine. The doily is a MS diecut which anchors a double flat bow of vintage seam binding and a double heart charm. I have used a Prima resin heart cornerpiece and pearls to soften the corners. The acrylic sentiment is from my stash. For the floral arrangement I have used some MS punched branches, Hip Rosebuds, Sweetheart Blossoms, Cottage Rose, and Mini Gardenias from WOC.


For the base of the easel I used some pink eyelet edged organza ribbon (thanks, Suzan!!) and more of the same flowers which just happened to cascade from the front of the card.

    Oh Jacque, this is so beautiful, and your coloring is as always soo perfect. This is such a cute and sweet card, and Emma here is certainly a real little darling, that´s for sure. I sure don´t dare to show the girls that website, that´s for sure, they would go completely crazy then ha ha ha. They´re just sold completely with these girls here.

    I love! Love!! Love!!! this card. Do you do cakes? The flowers and whole composition reminds me of a pretty decorated cake. I just love the flowers and the way you arranged them. Gorgeous gorgeous card.
