Tea Boxes and SWEET STUFF!!!

Hello to all of you!!! And I can say that it is a joy to be back in the land of the living. If you read my last post you will understand why I have been missing in action and out of commission for several weeks. I hope that your past weeks have been much more pleasant than mine have been. BUT things are looking up.....FINALLY!!!

Today is my turn to post on the CutCardStock Blog and for December we are using the absolutely gorgeous Stardream Metallic Collection. For my project I made a couple of Tea Boxes--one quite simple and another more decorated...

For the blue one I used Stardream Metallic Vista CS and POW Silver Glitter paper. The NOEL is a small ornament and the dimensional snowflakes were made using the Layered Snowflakes Die Set and the Snowflake Mini Seal Die from Whimsy Stamps.

For the pink one I used Stardream Metallic Bluebell (Blue Topaz) CS and Stardream Metallic Rose Quartz (Pink) CS. For the floral treatment I used various mulberry flowers from WOC. The pregathered blue lace and the pink braid are from my stash. All of the other embellishments are from the beautiful Tilda (of Norway) Tiny Treasures paper pad and dimensional sticker pack. I have long been a fan of Tilda of Norway! As a matter of fact I met this Tilda at about the same time I met Tilda from Sweden. My first purchases were made possible in 2006 after I contacted the designer of this sweet Tilda of Norway, Tone Finnanger. She was so helpful and such a delight! These Tilda products are now available in the US and are offered by the talented and kind Traci Savely in her magnificent Art Attack Shop. I'm sure you will fall in love with these sweeties too!!!

I hope you like my projects and will let me know what you think of them. I have given a complete tutorial and more pictures over on the CutCardStock Blog and would love to see your creative take on my tutorial.

SWEET STUFF!!!!
