Whimsy Stamps January Release....and SWEET STUFF!!!

Hello and welcome to Day 2 of Whimsy Stamps January Rubber & Die Release Showcase! On Wednesday (23 January) Whimsy Stamps released this month's new rubber designs, Shapeology dies, Whimsy Designer Paper packs, Shape EZ templates and *new* Whimsy Prints pre-coloured toppers. From then until 29 January the Whimsy Stamps DT and Special Guests are showcasing these fabulous new goodies with a daily mini blog hop and I am part of today’s hop!

Each mini blog hop has a new release prize hidden somewhere along the way and you have 24 hrs to enter each prize draw. To be entered into today's mini blog hop prize draw, be sure to leave a comment on ALL of the DT's posts listed below by 12.00PM EST tomorrow. All winners will be announced on the Whimsy blog on 30 January.

Jacque - and that's ME!!!

 
 
For my card I used the darling little Polly Picnic by Elisabeth Bell for Whimsy Stamps. She was stamped on X-Press It and colored with Copics and Promarkers, adding a touch of Stardust Stickles. The base and all double matting is Bazzill and the DP is from the Dovecraft Tea Party paper pack. For the horizontal I used pink satin ribbon tied into a double flat bow and on each side of the ribbon I used Lace Tape. The flowers are Cottage Roses and Hip Rose Buds from Wild Orchid Crafts. The little cupcake diecut was designed by Jolanda Bergmans of Noor! Design and I added a pink pompon to the top. Finally I added some pearls to the upper corners.
 
Here is a view of the easel card opened...and sorry for the quality of my pictures...I am no photographer...lol
 
For the base of my card I have used a sentiment from the NEW Everyday Sliders 1 cut out with the NEW Slider 1 Die tied with more satin ribbon. The sentiment was propped up with dimensional tape to serve as a stop for the front panel. To finish the base I added more pearl trim and a couple of single pearls.

SWEET STUFF!!!

My followers know that I usually have SWEET STUFF for all New Releases and this time is no different!! I just happen to have an extra darling little Polly Picnic for one of you and she will travel with a few more sweet things to keep her company on her trip.....
