SNEAKY PEEK for Lili's Little Fairies Challenge and SWEET STUFF!

A very happy Thursday to everyone!! I hope you all are having a great week...and the closer I get to the weekend, the better I like it! The weather has been so gorgeous here in these mountains BUT it also means so much more outside work---cleaning up the ravages of the winter and getting everything ready for the spring and summer!! That means flowers everywhere, so that makes me happy!!!

This week at the Lili's Little Fairies Challenge we are using a sketch prepared by ME and I am so excited to see how everyone interprets the sketch! As always, there will be a very nice surprise for some lucky participant so come on over and join in with us! We would love to see you play along with us!

For my card I used Bazzill for the base and all double matting, the DP is from the Cosmo Cricket Baby Jane collection, and all background panels are machine stitched. The absolutely darling image I used is from the upcoming release at Lili of the Valley which will be in the shop on March 28...and believe me, they are all so cute and sweet!!!! This one is called MEANT TO BE which I have colored with Promarkers and Flexmarkers and cut it out with petite oval Nesties. For the vertical I used WOC Cream Satin Ribbon tied into a double flat bow to dangle a double heart from the Mixed Heart Charms Set. For the bottom horizontal I used some Recollections Hearts and pearls trim. All of the floral treatment is from Wild Orchid Crafts: Sweetheart Blossoms, Carnations, and Lilies.


The inside is very simple because the papers are just too cute!! I only added a couple of heart buttons tied with scrapper's floss and another bow and single pearlized heart in the jotting spot.
