Some EXCITING News, Gathering Flowers, and SWEET STUFF!!!!!

Happy Valentine's Day, everyone!!! I hope that you had a wonderful weekend and are into a splendid week!!! We are expecting freezing rain this evening so I wanted to get this posting done so that it will be up for you in the morning in case I lose power again...sigh!!!!!!



And now for my exciting and great news!!!! I have been invited to be a Designer for the magnificent STAMPAVIE and I am sooooo excited! I met Heidi and Stuart at CHA and they are the most energetic, fun-loving, kind, and sweet people I have ever met. So when they asked me to be on their DT, I was indeed OVER THE MOON!!!!! I was so fortunate to have also met several of their DT at CHA and I already feel right at home!!!!

For my card today I used Juliet in the Fields by Sarah Kay for the New Release. And isn't she the cutest little darling?!?! She was stamped on X-Press It and colored with Promarkers which are also distributed by Stampavie. For the base and all double matting I used Bazzill, the DP is from the MME Miss Caroline's Howdy Doody collection from Susana's Custom Art and Card Design. For the horizontal I used a Pastel Green Satin Ribbon tied into a double flat bow. The floral treatment, resting on a crocheted doily and MS branch punches, is all from Wild Orchid Crafts: Trellis Rose, Carnations, Lilies, Hip Rosebuds, and Aster Daisies. The front was finished with Self-Adhesive Pearls to soften the corners.



On the first panel on the inside I used a simple MM hanging metal FRIEND sign with a flat bow and for the jotting panel I left it blank so that a long message could be written.

And now for some SWEET STUFF!!!!...Gosh this news was so exciting for me that I had to offer some nice SWEET STUFF for my wonderful FOLLOWERS!!!!
