Ribbon Holder/Bow Tying THING and Ribbon SWEET STUFF!!!!


Happy Day everyone!!! I hope that all of you are well and hope that I am safe and sound in California at CHA by the time this posts!!!

But as I promised I wanted to show you this MAGNIFICENT hand-crafted oak Ribbon Holder and Bow Tying piece of art which was made by Mike Laverty, sweet hubby of Suzan for my Christmas present. Can you believe it! I am thinking that the inspiration came from Becca Feeken at Amazing Paper Grace but isn't it beautiful!!! Mike, thank you so very much!!! I just love it and appreciate the work you put into it for me!!!!

SWEET STUFF!!! - as I promised!!! I wanted my FOLLOWERS to know that I was thinking about them even though I am away at CHA until Friday evening. So to go along with today's posting I would like to offer as some SWEET STUFF 20+ meters of 1" Organza Ribbon (more than 20 yards) and there are 20 different colors in the selection!!! Sorry but this does NOT include the sweet gift from Mike...smiles!!



Remember that I am at CHA in California until Friday evening so I will not announce the winners until Saturday. But the deadline for this SWEET STUFF will be on Wednesday, February 1, at 8 AM EST. If you don't have a blog, you may leave your email in a comment.

    Tell Mike he did a fantastic job, really looks wonderful, my husband made me one after seeing Becca'a, but it looks no where as good as Mikes.!!

    OMGness what an awesome present! That is just amazing! I have a Bow Maker but have to adapt 'bits' on my desk to hold the reel of ribbon - I think I will be showing my hubby this picture now :)

    You are one lucky girl, it´s really beautiful made and a really awesome tool. I´ve actually just ordered one of Beccas here this morning, as she´s made it for sale now, and it´s really genius.

    The ribbon is beautiful and I would love to have a chance to win it! (If you change your mind about the ribbon holder/bow tying post it is beautiful too). I bought the material to make one but so far it hasn't materialized. Thank you for sharing the picture of your gift and your neighbor did an excellent job.
