I just had to share my WONDERFUL news!!! They actually had a fun ceremony for me since yesterday was my very last day of chemo...BUT today was the shot from "you know where" so this is a bittersweet today...lol...As soon as the very last drop of poison went into my port yesterday, all of the chemo nurses came over to congratulate me with my Doctoral Degree in Chemotherapy AND they were all blowing bubbles!!! Fun...fun...fun!!! So I took them Pink Ribbon Cupcakes today...and this was THEIR fun day!!
And now the WINNER of the Flower Soft/Magnolia SWEET STUFF...

Congrats for you! I went through this with my mother n law and know how hard it was on her. It sounds like you had a great cancer center, I know hers was what helped me through it! The group there was great and helped her (and me) through all those tough times.

ReplyDeleteI'm so thrilled for you having completed your treatments!!! 21 years ago this month my Mom was just starting her treatments and I took her to all of them with our toddling daughter. Cassandra would quietly walk from bed to bed as they waited for their treatment and smile at people. I think she was a great distraction. I'm happy to say that my Mom has been cancer free since then so here's hoping for the same record for you. And 21 years from now you'll still be blogging away!!!! WAHOOT WAHOOTT!!!!!!!!
