Red & White at WOC, 24 Days of Christmas at Whimsy, AND SWEET STUFF!!!

Gosh, Happy Monday to everyone!!! After a marvelous weekend, I have some excitement to share with you!

To begin, today is the first day of the new challenge over at Wild Orchid Challenge and for this fortnight the theme is RED and WHITE. As always there is a very nice prize for some lucky participant from the wonderful people at Wild Orchid Crafts shop! So come on over and show us your lovely red and white creations!!!

Next, there is a FUN and exciting 24 day event over at the Whimsy Inspirations blog where there are prizes galore including a GRAND PRIZE at the end of the event. Although there are prizes scattered throughout, you will be given a secret letter each day. You will collect the 24 letters and make a four word phrase at the end of the event to be in for the GRAND PRIZE. Leave comments on each of the DT members' personal blogs and the Inspirations blog each day and you will be in for the SPOT PRIZES. For my card today I used the darling little SugarBerry Bliss from the Little Cottage Cuties Collection illustrated by Elisabeth Bell for Whimsy Stamps. The base and all double matting is Bazzill and the DP is from the Home for Christmas paper pad by Papermania. The sweet image was colored with Copics and Promarkers, adding a bit of Prisma Glitter. For the left side treatment I used some lovely White Net Lace topped with narrow satin ribbon and a double flat bow of white organza. The two sparkle snowflakes are from my stash. The flower treatments are Tuscany Rose, Open Roses, Holly Leaves, and Bead Berry Sprays. I finished the front with Self-Adhesive Pearls on the corners.

For the inside of my card I used a couple of diecuts made with the Tall Timber Die. The trees were covered with Prisma Glitter before decorating with Self-Adhesive Rhinestones and tiny red satin bows.
