A very happy Thursday to everyone! I hope your week is going along very well and that you are enjoying each and every moment of it! I'm sure that many of you are treading water over all of the demands of the holiday season...but just slow down and smell the poinsettias...hahahah...I have one in my living room but not sure it has a scent at all!!!
This is a card I made for the October 2012 Issue of the Whimsy Stamps Inspirations Magazine which you can find right HERE. Of course I used a darling image from the Merry Christmas Whimsy Prints Collection. The base and all double matting is Bazzill and the DP is from the BoBunny Rejoice Collection. To add another layer, the image was placed on a square paper doily. The Satin Ribbon, tied over the top corners into double flat bows, are topped with holly buttons from my stash. The bottom floral treatment consists of 15mm Open Roses, a 25mm Open Rose, Carnations, and several large holly berries. The front was finished with more holly buttons on the bottom corners.

Speaking of holly, in my organizing (cough cough) I found an extra Martha Stewart Punch Around the Page Holly Leaves set that I would love to send to one of my FOLLOWERS. If it has to be mailed outside the US, I will remove it from the packaging to save on shipping. For those of you who have asked how I store my MS punches...here ya go!!!
Now you know why I have had no idea what I have and why I have duplicates...hahahahah...I have said that in the New Year, that I am NOT going to buy another MS punch...I don't care what the latest and greatest is!!!!!!

Your card is so pretty and so is your punch display!
Maybe you could punch some index cards and put them on a key ring so you can have a fandex at hand for a quick reference as to what you have and what's still on your wish list (and yes, you have to keep your wish list).

Ok, I don't have to 'hide' my punches anymore so I don't look so punch-crazy!!! You definately beat me on this one! Great storage though! I am in the midst of building my craft room and punch organization is still up in the air. Will definately consider your idea! Part of the key to not buying dups is tagging them immediately with a pen or label, then creating a spreadsheet--and, carrying it with you at all times! I am part way there. Don't you just hate it, though, when you shop at Michaels and JoAnns and you just can't find any new punch that you don't already have? So annoying!!!

Love your card! The ribbons on the corners with the holly leaves are a great accent. Your cards always have so many pretty layers and trims!
Your punches look awesome! I have a few hung over towel rods, some on shelves, a few in rolling plastic drawers and some small ones in oraganizer drawers. I would love to have them all in one spot but it's either organize and clean my scrappy room or play with paper...the playing with paper usually wins! lol
