For this fortnight at the Wild Orchid Challenge we are asked to BLING IT UP and I had a request for a flat and simple card so I thought I would combine the requests. You all know how difficult it is for me to make anything without mega dimension but I tried...lol... For this challenge, like all other Wild Orchid Challenges, there is a marvelous prize being offered by the Wild Orchid Crafts shop so come on over and join in with us. We would love to see your wonderful creations!!!
For my card I used Bazzill for the base and all double matting and the DP is from the EP Very Merry Christmas Paper Pad. The image is one of the NEW Whimsy Prints which are beautiful sets of hand colored images which are then digitally reproduced and die cut into various shapes. The prints are printed on 100lb premium coated paper and professionally die cut leaving very smoothe edges. This print is from the Merry Christmas Prints which was designed my Elisabeth Bell for Whimsy Stamps. For my BLING I used lots of Self Adhesive Rhinestones from Wild Orchid Crafts. These gorgeous rhinestones are offered in so many beautiful colors!! For the left side treatment I used the rhinestones on each intersection of the beautiful fleur de lys fretwork diecut (SEE BELOW) which was designed by Jolanda Bergmans of Noor! Design. For the double flat bows I used 1/2" Olive Green Satin Ribbon. Finally, I softened all corners with various sizes of the rhinestones.
I would like to offer you one of these lovely dies as well as a nice selection of Wild Orchid Products to thank you for coming by and for hopefully joining us at the Wild Orchid Challenge this fortnight. I have been organizing and if I have more than one of anything it is becoming SWEET STUFF...lolol If I put pictures of my organizing process, you would faint for sure!!! But anyway, all you have to do is leave your information with the little Blue Froggy before Wednesday, October 31, at Noon EST...Good Luck!!
Thank you so very much for dropping by today and I hope to see you again real soon! Until the next time, please be safe and enjoy your week!! Big hugs!!
