A very happy Monday to each of you! I hope you all had a marvelous weekend and are beginning a splendid week! We are having several days of rainy weather but that is so wonderful because that means I don't have to water and can stay in and play!! And gosh I am enjoying the playtime after the past couple of weeks!! I start physical therapy on Wednesday and I am so happy that there is no more pain nor numbness...wooohooooooo!!
Today is the new challenge over at Wild Orchid Challenge and I so happy that I can finally use my left arm and can chop paper and do some crafting...I missed it and I certainly missed all of you!! This fortnight the challenge is a real fun one.....ANYTHING GOES....so come on over and join in with us and I know you will be excited when you see the lovely prize which is always provided by the wonderful Wild Orchid Crafts shop.
I made a Shabby Chic journal using the precious Rose Garden Tilda from the new Summer Memories Collection over at Magnolia-licious. This collection is also available as MINIS. The image was stamped on X-Press It and colored with Promarkers and Copics, adding some StarDust Stickles for a little sparkle.
The upper floral arrangement is resting on a MS doily and a Pink Crystal Heart Stem. The flowers are all from Wild Orchid Crafts: 1 3/8" Trellis Roses, Hip Rosebuds, Carnations, Aster Daisy, and Heather. To finish the journal I used a couple of the Self-Adhesive Pearls and gorgeous Silk Ribbon to tie the journal closed.

To accompany the journal I have put together some matching SWEET STUFF to make a little desk set that I hope you will like!
Journal, Pencil Pack, Twisted Notepad, Mini Notes with Envelopes, Note Cards with Envelopes...I will also toss in some WOC Flowers!!!! How's that???

Please remember to be extra patient with yourself tomorrow at PT. You may have to start with no weight or even 10 pounds. I started with 2 pounds. It was hard mentally--since I used to work out. But, it was best in the long run. Please keep us updated.
