Happy Monday, everyone and welcome to a brand new and exciting week!! I hope you all had a marvelous weekend!!! It was rainy here all weekend so alot of inside STUFF was accomplished! Not ALL of it but some of it!! haha
Today is the new challenge over at Wild Orchid Challenge where ANYTHING GOES! And because Blogger has been unkind to many of the challenge blogs, we are offering two GREAT prizes this week....So come on over and join in with us!
The card I made today is going to Susan, the cousin/sister of Patricia Garcia, who is undergoing breast cancer surgery and follow-up treatment. You can read about her HERE. I am sending this little Morehead Twinkle cutie with a package of some PINK STUFF out to Susan today. She was stamped on X-press It and colored with Copics and Promarkers, adding Prisma Glitter to her wings and star. The base and all double matting is Bazzill and the DP is from the new Maja Design Vintage Summer Basics paper pad. For the vertical I used some lovely Guipure Lace from Wild Orchid Crafts. Of course all of the floral treatment is from WOC : Trellis Rose, Lilies and some Closed Rosebuds. The pink/blue bow is Vintage Seam Binding anchored with a Large Pearl Brad. To finish the front I used Self-Adhesive Pearls and a sweet epoxy sentiment.
